Make sure USB Loader GX is up to date. WiiBackupManager isn't needed. Just make sure the ISOs/WBFSs (WBFS being the file format, not the partition format) are placed in the wbfs folder. The ISO/WBFS should include the game ID in the name, preferably in brackets. Any game over 4GB will have to be split but will still work fine. Answer (1 of 2): What operating system do you run and what kind of file extension you get? Hard to give you an answer without it. It depends, but after its finished have a look if the file is ISO or WBFS bltadwin.ru If its an ISO, leave it as it is. If its WBFS, then download the converter from this link WBFStoISO and install it and convert the WBFS to ISO. If it bltadwin.ru then open it using winRar or 7zip and extract the ISO from it. Once that's done get the WBFS manager.

So I tested the wii rom from the alternate Wii G-Drive download and that works fine, so I would try that and see if it works, that way I can alter the post saying to avoid the New Super Mario Bros in the first Wii G-Drive.
